Lisa Ribacoff is the Manager of International Investigative Group, Ltd., Credibility Assessment Division with offices in New York City, Long Island, Westchester, Beverly Hills, Boca Raton, FL, and London. She currently serves on the Board of Directors for the American Polygraph Association and is President of the New York State Polygraph Examiners Association.

Ms. Ribacoff holds membership with various organizations; American Society for Testing and Materials (ASTM International), the International Association of Interviewers, The UK Polygraph Association, the British and European Polygraph Association, the International Society of Polygraph Examiners, as well as the National Polygraph Associations. Ms. Ribacoff is also taught and trained in Advanced Post- Conviction Sex Offender Testing. She has been on the committee of the Nassau County Bar Association’s WE CARE fund for 10 years.

Ms. Ribacoff is an American Polygraph Association school trained examiner. She is a graduate of the Academy for Scientific Investigative Training, in Philadelphia, PA. This American Polygraph Association accredited, and approved school is owned and operated by Nathan J. Gordon, a world-renowned polygraph researcher and past- President of the American Polygraph Association. Bill Fleischer is the Assistant Director of the school. Mr. Fleischer is a former FBI polygraph examiner. Mr. Ribacoff studied directly under Messrs. Gordon and Fleischer. Ms. Ribacoff also acquired additional advanced training at PEAK Credibility Assessment Training Center in Cape Coral, FL. This American Polygraph Association accredited, and approved school is operated by Benjamin Blalock. Ms. Ribacoff was trained in the use of Analog, Lafayette and Limestone Technologies Computer Polygraph equipment. Ms. Ribacoff also learned theory studies that are based from the US Department of Defense, Polygraph Institute curriculum.

Ms. Ribacoff holds a Bachelors of Science in Childhood Education/Special Education from the State of NY University at Old Westbury. There, she was President of the Student Government Association and was featured on the Dean’s List. She is also a graduate of Concordia University and holds a dual Masters of Science in Educational Leadership and Curriculum and Instruction. She is currently enrolled in a Masters of Science for Criminal Justice Program at Boston University.

She conducts testing for criminal accusations, employee theft, insurance fraud, family issues, abuse allegations, media, etc. Ms. Ribacoff has tested paroled sex offenders for The Rockland County Department of Probation. She is listed as a Court Certified Expert for Polygraph Examinations and Private Investigations on the Expert Panel for the City of New York, and both Nassau and Suffolk Counties on Long Island. She has also been awarded a contract with the City of Miami to provide Pre-Employment Polygraph Examinations to the Miami Police Department Applicants as well as the New York Metropolitan Transit Authority (MTA) Police Applicants.

Ms. Ribacoff is currently being featured on both FUSE Media’s “Lie Detector”, and Vanity Fair’s “Tell the Truth” series which shows her administering polygraph examinations to various celebrities in the entertainment industry.

Previously, she had been featured on MTV’s “Guy Code”, VH1’s “Love and Hip Hop”, World Wrestling Federation TV’s “Edge and Christian Show”, Fox 5’s GoodDay NY, The Rachael Ray Show, The Jeremy Kyle Show, The Bill Cunningham Show, Dr. Oz Show and various radio stations.
