This session will focus on Josh Powell, the disappearance of his wife Susan, and the murder of his two sons, Charlie and Braden. Anne Bremner represented the family in a suit against Washington state that resulted in a $98 million verdict for the estates of the children and will address the killer's upbringing and events that lead to these horrific actions as well as Washington State’s involvement in the care and custody of Charlie and Braden Powell.
