Have you ever wondered what it's like to sit across from one of the world's most sadistic serial killers? Or to conduct a full investigation into a case to look for missing victims and buried evidence 40 years later?
Laura Brand, an investigator who became known as the “Siren Of San Quentin,” speaks publicly for the first time on her deep-dive into the infamous Lawrence Bittaker and Roy Norris, known as the “
Toolbox Killers.”
Brand spent five years interviewing Bittaker and Norris, two of the most sadistic serial killers in American history, at San Quentin prision. She ultimately succeeded in getting Bittaker to reveal the locations of missing victims Cindy Schaefer and Andrea Hall, as well as evidence he’d buried in 1979.
In this must-see CrimeCon exclusive, Brand will break down her interviewing techniques and reveal how she conducted a thorough cold case investigation. Dr. Maurice Godwin will join her to deliver a profile of the unknown victims based on the geography of the San Gabriel mountains, the place where the Toolbox Killers brought their victims. Brand will tell the story with never-before-seen photos and maps, as well as previously unreleased audio from Bittaker and witnesses. Attendees will also get an exclusive sneak peek at Brand’s upcoming TV special on the case.
